Palm Prints & BBG Workout Routine

Hustle for that muscle!!
Back in January I made my new years resolutions and getting into shape was at the top of my list. After hearing a lot of people rave about the BBG (bikini body guide) workout, I signed up, and couldn’t be happier.  See my new years workout plan here! Cute workout clothes always give me a little extra motivation when I don’t feel like working out. This  Seafolly Palm Beach workout set might be the cutest of all time–it’s so perfect for this time of year!!
I’ll be honest, the BBG workouts are tuff but the results are totally worth it. I’m already seeing more muscle definition after only a 1 1/2 months. I do all of the BBG workouts in the SWEAT app. The app has a calendar telling you what workouts to do each day and keeps track of your progress. The best part about BBG is that you can do it anywhere. Most of the exercises don’t require any equipment and the ones that do are things you can usually find around your house. I do all of the workouts at home, but they can be done in a gym too if you don’t have room.

FIT TIPS:
-Bra runs TTS. I’m wearing an XS
-Leggings run a tad big. I’m wearing an XS.
-Sneakers are kids sizing. Go down 2 sizes when ordering.
I wear a 6.5 in women’s which is a 4.5 in kids.
Sizing reference:
I’m 5’1″. Typically wear 6.5-7 in shoes. XS/0 in tops and dresses. 24 in Jeans.
