Does any one else find it much easier to workout when you have cute workout gear? I’m totally guilty of this. Any time I need a little extra motivation to hit the gym, I grab a new sports bra, water bottle, or in this case a G-Shock S series watch. The hubs and I have been hitting the gym regularly so I’ve been on the hunt for a good sporty watch. When I saw the new light pink and rose gold S series I had to have it.
For me, workout attire and gear has to be comfortable or it’s a no-go. The G-Shock S-Series ana-digi watch has a very comfortable and flexible band. It’s super lightweight and the watch face is the perfect size. I have pretty small wrists and the case fits perfectly. The color is so adorable and looks great with everything.
Lately I’ve been working on my running times. I used to be a very fast runner but after years of sedentary work I’ve definitely lost my speed. 7 years at an accounting desk with minimal exercise will do that to you. One of my favorite features of the G-Shock S series is the stopwatch. I’ve been using it to track my running times. I’m slowlyyy getting my speed back–sometimes I feel like a turtle but I’m always working to beat my previous times. It feels so good getting back to the gym and seeing all of my hard work pay off.
