I just found a some amazing deals at Nordstrom rack this week! These are some great closet staples that you can wear now and then layer in the fall. They can also be dressed up for date night too!!

I found the cutest embroidered eyelet cami. The detailing is so pretty. It’s only $22 so I couldn’t resist grabbing two of them. It is amazing quality and comes in black & white. I paired it with these distressed crop skinny jeans. The crop is perfect for us petite girls–they’re also have stretch to them so they’re very comfortable. These are on sale over 50% off right now!!

I also just found these Sam Edelman croc embossed woven sandals. They also are on sale over 50% off and come in multiple colors ! I have two colors in my shopping cart now.

EASY MEN’S SKINCARE

I finally got Marky to stick with a skincare routine. The trick with guys is to keep it as simple as possible. I also picked up some men’s eye cream and moisturizer for him. Marky won’t use things if they look or smell girly so finding products specifically made for men definitely helped him get on board. He was actually excited when these came in the mail!

I picked up a new cleanser from Elemis a few weeks ago. We’ve both been using it everyday and love it. He’s also been using the eye cream and moisturizer every night! Like I said, keep it simple and they’ll stick with it!

I’ve had these woven pointed toe mules for a few months now. They are so comfortable and lightweight. You can wear them with jeans, shorts, or even dresses. These shoes are only $19 right now! They come in two colors— the white and nude.

I’ve worn this flutter sleeve t-shirt so much recently. It’s the perfect plain white tee and only $7 right now. I’ve been living in these raw hem skinny jeans. They are stretchy and super comfortable. I found so many other great deals that were 50% off and clearance.

I’m loving the band tee trend! I found some really cute ones at Nordstrom recently. The Rolling Stones t-shirt has been on major repeat over here. I’ve worn it 3 days in a row…that’s when you know it’s good!

I loveee this tie dye Rolling Stone tee. The tie dye is so fun and the material is buttery soft. The tees are great quality and buttery soft. I also grabbed this really cute Doors band tee and this fun Peachy one. I paired the band tees with my favorite Free People cut off shorts. I have these black, white and denim.

COMFY SUMMER OUTFIT

We have been living at the beach every weekend. So I need comfy casual clothes that are perfect for those beach days!! I love going with something flowy and comfy! Florida is so hot that it can’t be anything thick or heavy. This outfit was perfect–so light!

I found some great pants from Nordstrom Rack that we’re flowy and felt like wearing pajamas—but you can actually wear them in public!! 😉 They are striped tie waist crop pants. They come in regular and petite— also just great quality. I paired it with a simple black tank— it also comes in white. I also have been living in straw hats. This one is a Vince Camuto solid straw hat just perfect for that casual look! Then just slipped on a pair of Miller black sandals. Everything is great quality and just perfect for that casual summer look!

BLACK MAXI DRESS

A simple black dress is a great staple to have in your closet and perfect for summer! I found so many great options from Express. They have short or long— even dressy or casual dresses. I am always looking for things I can wear for date night or even just to hangout around the beach!

My favorite was a tiered halter maxi dress. This was so comfy and a great look for summer. The halter detailing was so easy— no buttons or zippers. It was great quality and the material was lightweight perfect to stay cool all summer long. Express had so many other options for a fun summer black dress. All the options can be dressed up for a fun date night or even just to run errands.

SUMMER BASICS

My summer uniform!! I love good comfy basics that I can just throw on all summer long. I will be wearing this nonstop for the next few months!!

I threw on this easy v-neck basic tank– it is so comfortable and the material is so soft. I wore it all day to run errands — and it wasn’t too hot! It comes in multiple colors– I have them all. This has been one of my go to tanks for years. The Madewell brand is great quality. The best part is these are under $20 right now!!! This pair of high waist boyfriend cut off denim shorts is a summer must-have. They are so comfortable– I’ve been wearing them two days in a row 🙂 The distressing is really cute and they have a little stretch to them. I also like how they are a little longer so the coverage is perfect!!

KITCHEN ORGANIZATION

You guys know I love things being neat and organized. One thing that bugs me so much is not having a place for everything. Now if I could only get Marky to think the same way : P Our fridge and drawers are an area I hadn’t put much energy into. So I went looking for a way to get them organized. I found so many great solutions on eBay. They have everything you could want to tidy up your kitchen drawers and cabinets. There’s nothing better than opening a drawer and seeing everything neatly organized and easy to find. The same thing when looking in the fridge. It’s so refreshing to be greeted by not only a cold blast of air, but the satisfaction of seeing everything lined up perfectly ready to be eaten haha. MUDROOM

We are almost finished with our mud room–just a little more tile work and it’ll be done. I was so excited to organize all our cleaning and dog supplies! I have always wanted a dog washing station for the pups — we also really needed a space for our cleaning supplies, vacuum, brooms, etc. This space was perfect for that!!

I was looking for things to organize and decorate the mudroom —I found everything we needed at Lowe’s!! We found the perfect faucet for the dog washing station. It is oil rubbed bronze and has the cute white glass that says hot and cold!! Then I found the perfect farmhouse light! It has the same kind of grey wood grain that matched other ones throughout the house. I also found these Allen Roth fabric bins to organize the cabinets. It will keep all the dog treats and supplies organized. Then I grabbed a few other things to organize— a dog/ cat food storage bin and a plastic basket. Lowe’s had everything I needed. I can’t wait to get it all finished!!

PATIO REFRESH

We just finished tiling our patio off the living room and it is my new favorite space! I love coming out in the morning to look at the lake while drinking my coffee. It helps me set my day!! We enjoy sitting out here to hear the birds and watch sunsets also! We just took our patio set and fire pit from the other patio space. I added some new outdoor pillows, candles, and two fringe umbrellas to refresh everything! We got everything from Walmart — everything super affordable & it’s all incredible quality!

The patio set is 3 pieces—it has a loveseat and 2 chairs. This set is wicker and has removable cushions.You can find more beautiful patio sets on Walmart as well. I refreshed it with some new throw pillows!! The fire pit is gas so you just turn it on and enjoy!! We absolutely love fringe push-up and tilt umbrellas. That side of the patio gets a little more sun —so we wanted to be able to enjoy it anytime of the day! The umbrellas are beautiful and under $50! I also picked up some citronella and lemongrass candles— they smell amazing and keep the bugs away!! We love our patio refresh and can’t believe how amazing it all turned out.

COMFY JUMPSUIT

Finally found the jumpsuit of my DREAMS!! You guys don’t want to miss out on this one. This jumpsuit just went on sale for ONLY $19 at Nordstrom Rack. It comes in a bunch of color options. I got the black which you can wear dressy or casual. And I also grabbed the gray color. They are incredibly comfortable–it basically feels like pajamas.
