Fall

Dark Fall Florals

When it comes to this years trends, fall florals is top on my list! This trend is so easy to wear and looks great dressy and casual. I have seen so many floral dresses but this one really caught my eye–the pops of purple and gold looked perfectly fall to me. It would look cute paired with flats or riding boots for a more casual/daytime look. I paired it with my fav over the knee boots for a dressy date night.  The OTK boots give it that sexy look while still providing enough coverage for fall weather. These exact boots are sold out but I found two very similar styles (here & here) both under $100. I love that this dress has a tie neck for a little extra flare. This dress would look great over leggings for colder days–I’d also pair it with a leather or suede jacket.

DRESS:  Nordstrom | BOOTS: Steve Madden (sold out) similar styles  here &  here | BAG:  Chanel cheaper option  here | SUNGLASSES:  Shwood c/o | EARRINGS:  Nordstrom (only $28) | LIPS:  MAC Amorous w/  Soar liner

FIT TIPS:
-Dress runs a little big. I’m wearing an XS.
I pined it up at the bottom of the v neck for a scrunched look and also shortens the front just a little.
Sizing reference:
I’m 5’1. Typically wear 6.5-7 in shoes. XS/0 in tops and dresses. 24 in Jeans.

  1. LOVE the look. Knee high boots have been my go-to this season. Do you find that yours slip down as you wear them? I love mine, but that's my only issue!

  2. Absolutely loving this outfit Laura! The combination of the long sleeve floral and otk are so incredibly chic

  4. Thank you so much! I haven't had that problem with these boots but they do lace up the back. I think that helps keep them up.
